If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately so we can take appropriate steps to secure your account.
All activity that takes place through your account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and games entered — is considered authorised by you unless you have reported a breach to us in advance. We strongly recommend enabling all available security features and logging out fully after each session, particularly if you are using a shared or public device.
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawal requests on 1122 are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may apply depending on your selected payment method, and these limits are displayed at the time of transaction. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your account are from a legitimate source that you are authorised to use.
